Update!! 8/8/18 Since the incident here at haven I have been talking to the executive director along with others about my concerns and the level of care for my dad. It was an intense conversation but I felt like the director has listend to all my concerns respectively and showed compassion for me and my dad. I can feel much more comfortable knowing the issues and incident involving some of the staff has been resolved. The staff has shown more respect towards me and have been providing great care for my dad as well. Knowing I can start to trust them more and more puts me at ease even when Im not there I know that my dad will be taken care of. Seeing how they strive hard to listen to your concerns and resolve them as quickly as possible I feel poisitive about recommending this facility to others.

Best facility in Yuma, hands down. The team here is compassionate, caring, and professional while still maintaining a good balance of joy and an uplifting atmosphere.

I have been in a nurse for thirty years. I find Haven staff a great team of caring professionals. We excel at helping people heal at Haven and return to the community in a short time. With excellent therapy staff we have three treating doctor in physical therapy, occupational therapy and two speech therapist on staff. The food is good and the facility is clean. Please come and tour soon.

Facility is very clean,CNAs are fast to act upon call lights. Staff is always helpful and smiling at others. Overall residents seem to enjoy being at this facility with the therapy, activities and staff support. This facility goes above and beyond with meeting residents needs.

Haven of Yuma is a beautiful facility that has the best staff and residents within. My aunt is currently a short term resident who is receiving therapy and nursing care. She has no complaints whatsoever and is very happy with her care. When she first arrived she was not able to walk and was relying on O2 to help her breathe. She is now able to walk, help herself transfer, and does not need the O2 anymore. In addition, my grandmother was also a resident a couple years back and experienced the same excellent care.

Facility is nice and clean, always smells good! They have a good friendly staff that always greets me.

My Grandmother and Aunt have been there, my aunt is currently there and I am impressed with the staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful, the facility is clean and everyone is on top of things. Keep up the good work Haven!!

Best Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehab in Yuma. Beautiful remodel of the inside with more to come. Theres a reason why we chose this over the rest out there.

This facility experienced a change of ownership in November 2014. Since that time I have noticed improvements in both the quality of care and physical appearance of the building. It is now a very impressive looking building and the quality of care is excellent. The food is even quite good. The therapy staff is amazing! The facility certainly isn't perfect but it is obvious that the people care about what they do and it shows.
