Took me a bit to post this review, as my service was actually back in July. I can not say enough great things about the total experience! Kelsey was my stylist and made me feel immediately comfortable as she exuded confidence and ability, no hesitations on how to fix a prior cut that I had ( not there). She was thorough and explained what she needed to do, so no surprises, to get my long hair back on track and looking good! The scalp massage was wonderful! The products top notch! LOVE LOVE Aveda! Was so happy to see Lotus become a concept salon featuring Aveda products! The atmosphere was awesome! Love to have tranquility mixed with the feeling of being someplace trendy (love the music). If you want to feel pampered with luxurious products, give Lotus a try. Kelsey was very personable and I will definitely be visiting her again here very soon.

Sally was AWESOME!! That was the best pedicure I have ever had. I also liked the fact that I wasn't forced to have a conversation with the nail technician. We did end up talking a little at the end, but she never initiated the conversation and simply let me enjoy the experience. I will definitely be back!!!

The pedicure was sooooo nice! Foot bath, foot scrub, leg massage all while having a back massage from a small massager in the chair. Perfect Saturday morning activity! All the staff was very friendly. Facility was nice and really clean.

Emily was awesome. This was my first time here and totally loved how cute this place was. It was the most relaxing haircut I’ve ever gotten. A little more expensive for a trim than I would usually would spend but all the stuff they do is so worth it. Head massage was my fav.

I am so grateful to the staff at Quality Rehab Network for helping reduce my pain. Lets face is Chronic Pain sucks! The Doctors started me out on pain pills in 2014. I would wake up each night in pain, after 4 years, I was getting pretty depressed. All I can say is that if you are in chronic pain, there is hope! Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their work, special mention to Kelsey by the way. The price is reasonable as well. Got a nice haircut the last time I was here. Go here if you're looking for good service.

Today was my first day of aqua therapy and to be honest I thought it would be really easy but nope it was a little more than expected which I loved because I know this is going to get me going on the correct path, the staff there is really courteous and welcoming always with a smile and happy... and that is a total plus...

Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and the very best services provided by amazing, talented stylists/estheticians/therapists. I always leave Lotus feeling wonderful! PS I love you Rachel! My favorite hair stylist out of their awesome team. :)

Rachel is fantastic for cut and color! She is incredibly friendly and talented and will not leave you with any regrets! I'm very sad to be moving and have to find a new stylist. A haircut with her does cost a little more than with some of the newer stylists but she's worth every penny!

Relax and enjoy yourself here. No gossiping allowed by the staff. They are professional and I enjoy my time here. Please leave the little ones at home, so others can enjoy their spa days.

I've bought several gift certificates here for a few important women in my life. Each of them loved it every time they went. Price is reasonable, but you have to keep in mind that going to the spa is a luxury.
